Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads and meet clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present options.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and re-service clients.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio and relationships.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with your team.
• Plan and submit weekly schedules to your manager.
• Record daily activity and sales stats.
