Qualifications

• Background check completed before employment
• Driver's license and reliable transport required
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willingness to obtain) with licensing fees reimbursed
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant sales/athletic experience considered in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

• Prospect, contact, and meet with potential clients to discuss insurance needs
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads and build client portfolio
• Schedule meetings and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships with owners and generate referrals
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with the team
• Record daily sales activity and updates
• Plan weekly schedule and report to manager
• Collaborate with team on pipeline and strategy
