Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks entry-level Insurance Sales Representatives to learn the insurance industry while developing sales and customer service skills. You will prospect, contact, and meet with potential clients, presenting personalized coverage options to meet their needs.

The role involves a fast-paced environment where you can make a meaningful difference in clients’ financial security and peace of mind.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsabilidades

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with local owners and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and report to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
