Alleviation Enterprise LLC is hiring for an entry-level supplemental insurance sales role in Lenexa, KS. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support for newcomers and seasoned professionals, focusing on building relationships with business owners and HR leaders.

You will use our Salesforce CRM to generate leads, respond to inquiries, and schedule client meetings while developing your own portfolio and meeting sales targets.

Formación

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or willingness to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (or relevant sales/athletic background).

Responsabilidades

• Leverage Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build a client network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit businesses to develop relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
