Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Salina, KS is seeking an entry-level supplemental insurance sales representative. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you build a durable client base.

You will engage business owners, HR leaders and key decision-makers, delivering both individual and group presentations. You will grow your own portfolio through a structured territory plan and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willing to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion considered).

Responsabilités

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships and re-service existing clients.
