Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an energetic entrant to join our supplemental insurance sales team in Mississippi. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to build a client portfolio and deliver tailored insurance solutions.

Responsibilities include lead generation with Salesforce, client inquiries, meetings, and field visits to establish long-term relationships. Expect performance-based earnings and opportunities for advancement within a supportive sales culture.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain) with training provided.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (relevant sales or athletic background considered).

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio over time.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
