Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience relevant to sales.

Responsibilities

• Utilize our Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the team to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit it to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
