Qualifications

• Pass a background check
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state (or willing to obtain)
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or related field

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and develop clients in your territory
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and re-service clients
• Build and manage your own client portfolio
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager
• Record daily sales activity and performance metrics
