Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level supplemental insurance sales professional. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop essential sales skills, build client relationships, and deliver insurance solutions.

Responsibilities include lead generation, client meetings, and relationship management within your territory, with performance-based rewards and structured career growth.

Formación

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willing to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (sales/athletic backgrounds considered).

Responsabilidades

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and existing clients.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships with owners and HR leaders.
• Set and pursue monthly/quarterly sales targets with your team manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
