Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level supplemental insurance sales professional. You will learn our system, build relationships with business owners and HR leaders, and deliver presentations to clients and groups.

Role focuses on developing a client portfolio, meeting sales targets, and managing a weekly schedule, with training provided and ongoing support to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school experience (or near completion).
• License as Health & Life Insurance Producer or willingness to obtain (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build relationships with business owners and HR leaders.
• Deliver presentations to individuals and groups on supplemental insurance.
• Schedule meetings and respond to client inquiries via multiple channels.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, foster referrals, and re-service existing clients.
• Grow and manage your client portfolio and hit sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily activity and sales stats.
