This is an entry-level role focused on building meaningful connections with business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers to deliver client-focused insurance solutions. You will learn to present both individually and in groups, develop a portfolio of clients, and contribute to long-term,

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience in relevant sales or athletics will be considered)

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships and re-service clients.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and submit weekly work schedule to your manager.
• Record daily activity and performance metrics.
