Qualifications

• Hungry to learn and trainable for a sales role.

• Willingness to obtain Health & Life general lines license within 90 days.
• Ability to work in the field, manage your own schedule, and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Visit storefronts, offices, and industrial parks to meet decision-makers and introduce insurance solutions.
• Lead open-forum presentations for employee groups (15–75 people).
• Provide ongoing support through coverage questions and claims guidance.
• Use Salesforce CRM to log activities, follow-ups, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Prospect new leads, follow up, and request referrals to grow the book of business.
• Share weekly activity reports with management during team huddles.
