In this role you will build a client portfolio by engaging business owners and HR heads, delivering presentations, and nurturing long-term relationships. A license or willingness to obtain one is required, with study courses and licensing fees

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email or text
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team
• Visit new businesses and nurture relationships with local owners
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio
• Collaborate with your manager to set monthly/quarterly targets
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager
• Record daily activity and sales metrics
