Qualifications

• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients in territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs with potential and existing clients.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners and referrers.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit to manager; record daily activity.
