Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise in Somerset, KY seeks an entry-level supplemental insurance sales professional. You will receive comprehensive training, build relationships with business owners and HR leaders, and gain practical skills in presenting both individual and group coverage.

You will use Salesforce to generate leads, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, visit businesses, and grow your client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided and licensing fees reimbursed.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree/completion considered).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and expand network within territory and nearby areas.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service clients.
• Grow and maintain your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
