Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level supplemental insurance sales professional in Provo, UT. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to build a client base, focusing on business owners, HR leaders, and key decision-makers.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, presentations, and long-term client care. You will use Salesforce to manage leads, respond to inquiries, and schedule meetings while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for fielding client questions.
• Ability to build relationships with business owners and HR leaders.
• Willingness to obtain or maintain Health & Life Producer license.
• Pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate clients and expand your network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and close opportunities.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
