Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (consideration for degree completion within 6 months or <4 years with relevant sales/athletic background).
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided; license fees reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads, generate clients, and expand your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, re-service clients, and follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with your team manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
