You will engage business owners and HR leaders, deliver presentations, and establish long-term relationships. Expect commissions, bonuses, and a structured pathway for professional growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with comprehensive training.

• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build clients in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess clients' insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with owners to re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
