Qualifications

• Background check required
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willing to obtain (training provided)
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered

Responsabilités

• Utilize our Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and re-service clients
• Build and manage your own client portfolio
• Set and work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Plan weekly schedules and report activities to your manager
• Record daily work stats and sales activity
