Alleviation seeks an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative to learn the insurance industry while developing skills in sales and customer service. You will prospect, contact, and meet with potential clients to discuss personalized coverage options in a fast-paced environment where making a positive impact matters.

The role emphasizes building a network, presenting options, and achieving sales goals with training and growth opportunities within the company.

Formación

• Background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willing to obtain (training provided)
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience with sales or athletic background considered

Responsabilidades

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team
• Visit local businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, re-service clients
• Build and nurture your client portfolio
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your team
• Plan weekly schedule and submit to manager
• Record daily work stats and sales activity
