Alleviation Enterprise is seeking motivated individuals for an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative role in Montana. You will learn the insurance industry, develop sales and customer service skills, and meet with potential clients to discuss personalized coverage options.

You’ll rely on Salesforce CRM, prospect new leads, and build a local client portfolio while earning commissions, draw pay, and performance bonuses as you grow with the team and advance professionalism and licensing

Qualifications

• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Licensing fees reimbursement available.

Responsabilités

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and submit it to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
