Responsibilities include prospecting clients, presenting coverage options, and building a local client portfolio. The role emphasizes independence with minimal supervision, strong communication, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Qualificações

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain) with license fees reimbursement.
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect, contact, and meet with potential clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Present personalized coverage options using Salesforce CRM.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand needs.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and re-service clients.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to a weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
