Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks an entry-level supplemental insurance sales professional to join our growing team in Houston. You will learn our training-driven system, build relationships with business owners and HR leaders, and deliver both individual and group presentations.

Responsibilities include client outreach, meetings, and nurturing a growing book of business. A valid driver’s license, license eligibility or active license, and a passion for helping others are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant sales experience.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners and referral leads.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Manage your weekly schedule and submit updates daily.
