Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking motivated individuals to enter the supplemental insurance sales field. This entry-level role includes comprehensive training, ongoing support, and a clear path to develop a client portfolio through business-to-business outreach.

You will engage with business owners and HR leaders, deliver presentations, and work to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain) — study course provided at no cost and license fees reimbursed.
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).

Responsibilities

• Utilize our system to acquire new business accounts and build relationships with business owners and HR decision-makers.
• Deliver both individual and group presentations and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio and help set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule, submit it to your sales manager, and record daily sales activity.

Education

Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (sales/athletic background)
