Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level supplemental insurance sales associate. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support while developing skills to build connections with business owners and HR leaders.

The role focuses on presenting insurance options, responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and expanding your client portfolio through our Salesforce-driven system. A driver's license and licensing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio and sales pipeline.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets set with your manager.
