Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state or willing to obtain (study provided).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients while expanding your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referral leads, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and report to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
