You will receive comprehensive training and support, develop skills with business owners and HR decision-makers, and deliver both individual and group presentations to generate client relationships.

You will build a personal client portfolio, work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets, and enjoy a structured schedule with daily activity tracking.

Qualifications

• Entry-level sales role; no experience required.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• License to sell Health & Life Insurance in resident state (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build a client network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit businesses to build relationships and service clients.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with the manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it weekly.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
