Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of post-high school work experience.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state (training provided).
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess client insurance needs.
• Visit businesses to establish relationships with owners and managers.
• Grow and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and submit weekly work schedule to your manager.
• Record daily sales activity and performance.
