You will build relationships with business owners and HR leaders, deliver presentations, manage your client portfolio, and work with your manager toward sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience required or equivalent.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation may be required for field visits.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with owners and referral leads.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Plan weekly schedules and submit to manager; record daily activity.
