LPU Batangas seeks an entry-level insurance claims associate to investigate, evaluate, and settle claims under close supervision. You will study policies, endorsements, and procedures to build foundational knowledge and growth in claim handling.

The role emphasizes learning, compliance, and service to agents, insureds, and third parties. You will develop negotiation skills, use loss adjustment programs, and pursue required licenses within timelines.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or direct equivalent experience with property/casualty claims handling.
• Ability to organize data, multi-task, and make decisions independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to write reports and compose correspondence.
• Ability to resolve complex issues.
• Commitment to confidentiality and data security.
• Ability to work with diverse groups of individuals.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations including geometry and financial computations.
• Valid driver license and driving record meeting underwriting guidelines.
• Commitment to ongoing product knowledge development.

• Study and obtain adjuster licenses as required by statute within Company timelines.
