Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Claims professional to investigate, validate, and settle assigned claims. You will submit reserve recommendations, communicate procedures to the public, and negotiate settlements with claimants or Attorneys. The role requires teamwork, strong customer service, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities
