Job summary

Mesa Labs is seeking an Associate Inside Sales Specialist in the United States to support the sales organization by selling products, systems, and services through inbound and outbound calls and emails. This entry-level role emphasizes learning sales processes, building product knowledge, and supporting customer acquisition under close supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related commercial role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to learn technical products and articulate basic value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales activities via phone, email, and digital platforms to support customer acquisition and retention.
• Qualify incoming leads and follow up on marketing- or sales-generated opportunities.
• Assist with closing straightforward sales transactions in accordance with established pricing and approval guidelines.
• Support field sales by managing smaller accounts, lead follow-up, and opportunity coordination.
• Maintain relationships with assigned customers to support renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in CRM and other sales systems.
• Track sales activities and update forecasts and pipeline information as required.
