Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or related commercial role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn technical products and articulate basic value propositions.
• Customer-focused mindset with developing sales and negotiation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support & Customer Engagement: conduct inbound and outbound activities to support customer acquisition and retention.
• Account & Territory Support: maintain relationships, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
• Product & Process Knowledge: learn products, guide customers to resources, maintain CRM data.
• Reporting & Collaboration: track activities, update forecasts, and collaborate with marketing and service teams.
