Job summary

Sonepar is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Mesa, AZ to establish and grow relationships with customers by phone and in person. The role focuses on understanding client needs, processing orders, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.

You will build product knowledge, prepare quotations, and pursue new sales opportunities while maintaining professional customer relations and contributing to the team effort.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient math and numerical reasoning.
• Familiarity with Codale software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone or in person to receive orders.
• Solicit sale of new or additional products.
• Maintain professional demeanor and customer relations.
• Coordinate with credit, warehouse, outside sales and management.
• Identify customer needs using product knowledge and references.
• Prepare and deliver quotes and pricing details.
• Process sales tickets and ensure timely delivery.
• Follow up on quotations and orders.
• Develop new sales leads and build the customer base.
• Acquire and update technical product knowledge.
