Job summary

You will identify opportunities on federal, state, county, city, and ISD bid lists, enter contacts, track opportunities, and ensure consistent follow-up. Prepare bids and submit weekly activity reports while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in inside sales and outside B2B sales.
• Ability to cultivate strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Goal-oriented with initiative to identify opportunities.
• High integrity and strong organizational/communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Interest or knowledge in electronics is a plus.
• Degree in Business or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact organizations with box sale opportunities.
• Establish and maintain Ford AV's status as a qualified bidder across federal, state, county, city, and ISD bid lists.
• Enter and track contacts and opportunities and ensure consistent follow-up.
• Prepare bids and follow up on outcomes, documenting awarded bids and pricing.
• Submit weekly Box Sales Activity Reports highlighting accomplishments, active bids, and planned activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and maintain strong communication with prospective clients.
