ACV Auctions in Dallas seeks a Sr. Sales Executive to grow dealer partnerships and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will build relationships face-to-face, attend events, and work with teams to win new business in the territory.

Candidates should have 7+ years of B2B field sales, 5+ years in automotive, Salesforce proficiency, and a proven record closing with executives. Travel is required sometimes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B field sales experience opening net-new accounts.
• 5+ years selling within the automotive industry.
• Track record closing deals with high-level decision makers including Dealer Principals, CEOs, COOs, etc.
• CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred) to manage, plan, and report on your sales pipeline.
• Strong analytic mindset with data-driven opportunity sizing and prioritization.
• Mobile, territory-based role with daily field activity and travel.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain a prioritized prospect list of new franchises and independent rooftops in the territory.
• Execute high-volume outreach through in-person visits, calls, and events to develop relationships with decision makers.
• Qualify prospects using ACV's framework and assess opportunities, channel mix, and competitive displacement.
• Lead in-person discovery meetings to understand operations, challenges, and current relationships.
• Position ACV's products against dealer channels with a data-driven value proposition.
• Conduct live in-person platform demos and educate dealers on operating policies.
• Introduce additional ACV product lines to offer a full-service solution.
• Negotiate and close seller agreements, including pricing structure.
• Coordinate with Territory Managers for target accounts and clean handoffs.
• Record activities in Salesforce daily for pipeline management and reporting.
• Aim to achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor regional market dynamics and trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
