Job summary

Royal Apparel is seeking an energetic Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to grow customer relationships and support expanding business. You will respond to inquiries by phone and email, make outbound calls, and learn the product lines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focus.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email.
• Organized with strong attention to detail and good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email.
• Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
• Learn and promote Royal Apparel's product lines and services.
• Participate in virtual meetings with customers and prospects.
• Work closely with customer service and production teams to ensure a great customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• Represent Royal Apparel at industry trade shows and customer events, with occasional travel possibly required.
