Royal Apparel is seeking an energetic, motivated Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to grow customer relationships and support our expanding business. You’ll respond to inquiries, make outbound calls, and work with teams to deliver a great customer experience.

We offer paid training, incentives, and opportunities for advancement in a team-oriented environment. High school diploma required; AI tools familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office; Excel intermediate+.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email.
• Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
• Learn and promote Royal Apparel's product lines and services.
• Participate in virtual meetings with customers and prospects.
• Work closely with customer service and production teams to ensure a great customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Meet individual and team sales goals.
• Represent Royal Apparel at industry trade shows and customer events, with occasional travel possibly required.
