Qualifications

• 2 years of Customer Service/Sales experience.
• Familiar with GSuite.
• Ability to work independently with appropriate guidance.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select products based on their needs.

• Prepare accurate quotations according to specifications.
• Coordinate order flow with production and best shipping methods.
• Follow up with customers for satisfaction and any concerns.
