Job summary

Big Truck Rental, LLC in Tampa, FL seeks an Inside Sales professional to work with customers, dealer partners, outside sales, and internal leaders across our environmental product suite. You will help develop rental sales strategy, support internal processes, and ensure documentation like sales orders, BOLs, contracts, and insurance are in place.

The role requires at least 2 years of inside sales experience, a bachelor's degree preferred, and a willingness to travel about 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years inside sales experience with proven track record.
• Experience managing a customer portfolio including Fortune 500 companies a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Disciplined and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Adequate use of web-based applications (Salesforce), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute the rental sales strategy.
• Support external Account Sales with all internal rental processes.
• Ensure proper documentation for rental and sold trucks (sales orders, BOLs, contracts, titles, invoices, purchase orders, insurance).
• Proactively communicate and manage delivery date expectations with customers.
• Develop direct sales relationships with new and existing accounts via prospecting and inbound/outbound calls.
• Represent Big Truck Rental at industry functions and trade shows.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly dialing and sales quotas.
• Meet group fleet utilization and sales goals.
• Use Salesforce to document team efforts and coordinate with Operations and F&A.
