Job summary

WEG Electric Corp. in Duluth, GA seeks a Project Coordinator to support orders and entry-level projects for a motors and drives manufacturer.

You will serve as a coordination hub between customers, Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and manufacturing to ensure requirements and schedules are met. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• 0-1 year experience in project coordination or similar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders and entry-level projects from handoff to completion.
• Serve as daily coordination point among customers, Sales, Engineering, and Production.
• Provide accurate technical and commercial documentation within guidelines.
• Review orders for completeness and resolve discrepancies with the right resource.
• Maintain project data in ERP, CRM, and project-tracking systems.
• Track milestones, dates, and deliverables; escalate risks or delays as needed.
• Prepare customer communications, status reports, and meeting notes.
• Support order changes, scheduling, shipping, and project administration.
