Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) seeks an entry-level HVAC technician to support installation, maintenance, and servicing of commercial HVAC systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and work in a team to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes safety, readiness to travel, and the potential to relocate after training. NAS offers a company vehicle after training, PPE, uniforms, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• HVAC trade school preferred with GPA noted in posting.
• 1+ years in mechanical support role; some HVAC hands-on experience.
• EPA Certification Type I & II or Universal preferred.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventive maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Use technical abilities to maintain HVAC systems.
• Work in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Must work safely and follow all safety protocols daily.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends.
