Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is recruiting for an entry-level HVAC technician to support installation, maintenance, and servicing of commercial heating and cooling systems. You will work in a team, perform routine repairs, and learn through ongoing training after training graduation.

Responsibilities include on-site preventive maintenance, calibration, and paperwork. The role offers overtime, company vehicle after training, and nationwide opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC trade school preferred with strong attendance.
• EPA Type I/II/Universal certification highly preferred; NATE certification a plus.
• Experience in mechanical support and HVAC environment is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventive maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Operate safely and use technical skills to maintain and service systems.
• Collaborate with team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely task completion.
• Complete required paperwork and be flexible for weekend/night shifts when needed.
