Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS), a Lennox International company, is hiring for an entry‑level HVAC technician to support installation, maintenance and service for commercial customers. You will perform preventive maintenance, calibrations and troubleshooting in a team environment and gain hands-on experience across nationwide opportunities.

Training is provided, with potential for advancement. This role offers overtime, company vehicle after training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• HVAC trade school graduate with strong attendance.
• 1+ years in mechanical support role; hands-on HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification Type I & II or Universal preferred.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift moderately heavy objects.
• Technical aptitude for maintenance, service, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork.
• Independent work style with self-scheduling capabilities.
• Self-motivated to complete tasks on time.
• Driven to succeed with minimal supervision.
• Occasional weekend and night work; may relocate after training.
• Local travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventive maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Use technical abilities to diagnose and maintain HVAC systems.
• Work in a team-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety measures daily while performing duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned; overtime/weekend work may be required.
