Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS), a division of Lennox International, seeks an entry‑level HVAC technician to support installation, maintenance and service for commercial clients. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair HVAC units, and collaborate with a nationwide team to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role requires safety‑consciousness, basic HVAC knowledge and a willingness to work overtime and some weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• HVAC trade school completion is strongly preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification is preferred.
• NATE certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventive maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Use technical abilities to maintain HVAC systems.
• Work in a team-based environment to share workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work safely and follow all safety procedures on a daily basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned and be flexible for overtime and weekend work.
