Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking an entry-level technician to support installation, maintenance, and service of commercial HVAC systems. Training will start after joining, with opportunities to advance as you gain experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic HVAC exposure, and a valid driver's license. Overtime and weekend work may be needed; relocation after training is possible.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• HVAC Trade school graduate with strong attendance preferred (GPA 3.5).
• 1+ year mechanical support or HVAC exposure helpful.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal preferred; NATE a plus.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site preventive maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Use technical skills to maintain HVAC systems.
• Work in a team-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety measures and work daily in a safe manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned; overtime/weekend work may be required.
