Job summary

Lennox National Account Services is seeking an entry-level HVAC technician to support installation, maintenance and service for commercial systems. This role requires on-site work, safety discipline and the ability to work with a team while meeting customer expectations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, HVAC training and EPA/NATE credentials preferred. Training progression includes field work, driving between sites, and potential relocation after training completion.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• HVAC trade school graduate preferred with good attendance.
• 1+ year mechanical support role; some HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal preferred; NATE a plus.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Maintain systems using technical abilities and diagnose issues.
• Work in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Operate safely and follow daily safety measures.
• Perform other duties as assigned and be flexible for overtime/weekends.
