Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS), a division of Lennox International, is seeking an entry-level HVAC technician. You will support installation, maintenance, and servicing of commercial HVAC systems, with on-site duties, safety-first training, and opportunities for advancement.

Overtime and weekend work may be required. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, HVAC trade school background, EPA Type I/II or Universal, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• HVAC Trade school graduate strongly preferred with good attendance.
• 1+ years in mechanical support role; some HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification - Type I & Type II or Universal preferred.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 90 pounds.
• Technical aptitude for maintenance, service and troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and occasional night shifts.
• Be willing to relocate to another part of the country after training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration.
• Use technical abilities to maintain HVAC systems for commercial clients.
• Work in a team-based environment while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Operate safely and follow all safety procedures daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned and flexibly handle overtime/weekends.

Education

HVAC Trade school graduate

EPA Certification Type I & II

NATE certification

High School diploma or GED

Valid Driver's License
