Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an HVAC Technician in Rochester, NY to perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial systems under general supervision. You'll communicate with customers, resolve problems, and promote services.

This role offers strong pay and benefits, including PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with company matching, and ongoing training through our Training Academy. Must have 0–2 years of HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• HVAC with 0–2+ years of experience and relevant training
• EPA and safety certifications required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Able to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot HVAC systems
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in tight spaces

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and service work on residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment
• Communicates with customer to answer questions, resolve problems and ensure satisfaction
• Completes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed
• Represents the company professionally and promotes products and services
• Maintains accurate records and completes paperwork in a timely manner
