Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking recent graduates for a full-time Construction Project Manager position as part of its Graduate Training Program. This 15-week rotation offers hands-on PM experience, learning from field experts and preparing you for a rewarding career in construction project management.

The program begins with onboarding at a designated office, followed by in-person and virtual trainings, with travel across North America and potential hybrid or on-site assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, HVAC, Engineering, or equivalent.
• U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S.
• Graduated prior to start date.
• Willingness to travel across North America during the training program.

Responsibilities

• Work on construction projects with responsibility for project execution and planning.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet commitments.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget during the training program.
• Contribute to energy-efficient building solutions through project management excellence.
